Open Automations in workspace settings with an account that can manage rules. Define when the rule runs and what it does. Test with a dedicated record before applying it to real work.
Check execution permissions
Organization policy can restrict outbound webhooks. In a workspace that enforces SSO, unattended execution also needs authorization for its specific purpose. Check these settings if a rule does not run.
