Check the file requirements
Read the instructions beside the file question. If the form shows a size limit, choose a file within that limit and wait for the upload to finish before submitting.
Recover from a failed upload
If the upload failed, check the connection and try the file again before submitting. If the form keeps rejecting it, tell the form owner the size, format, and error message without forwarding a private file.
