Review the publishing and identity settings before sharing the link. Open the link as a respondent and confirm what is visible before sending it to other people.

- Open the published test link as an intended respondent. Submit a sample and find it in Responses.
Expected result. The response appears once in the journal. The form requests a summary and permits blank details.
