Open the response journal
In the form, open Responses. Select the question columns you need and use search or sorting to find a submission. The available fields and records depend on your current access.
Open a submission
Open the response to inspect its record. Links and files still require the permissions for their targets. If a value is absent, check both the submission and your access.
