Create a database
In this article
Start with a source
Create a database where your team will keep its records. Add properties for the values you need to capture, then create a test record to check that the properties suit the workflow.
Add another view
Use the view tabs to create a Table, Board or Calendar. Choose filters and visible properties for each audience. If a record should be inaccessible, review permissions as well as filters.
Try it in Nodo
- Create a database called Launch and open its Table view.
- Add a status property with To do and Done as choices.
- Add Draft outline and Review copy. Mark only Draft outline as Done.
Expected result. The table shows two records with different statuses.
